Compound stores the financial information you enter — income, expenses, net-worth snapshots, goals, and reflections — so the product can show your history, generate reports, and provide coaching. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
We do not sell your personal or financial information. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from Settings, which removes your stored records.
The financial inputs you provide are used to calculate your metrics, build your reports, track milestones, and surface behavioral insights. These computations are derived from your own history — Compound does not infer or fabricate figures you haven't entered.
Your data is used to operate and improve your experience of the product. It is not used to make decisions on your behalf.
Compound's coaching assistant answers questions using a summary of your own financial data. It is designed to explain and contextualise your numbers — not to recommend specific investments or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or imperfect. Treat them as a reflective aid, and verify anything important before acting on it.
By using Compound you agree to use it for personal financial reflection and planning. The service is provided on an "as is" basis during alpha, and features may change, pause, or evolve as the product develops.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the financial decisions you make. Access may be modified or discontinued as we iterate on the alpha.
